3) SMS/Text Messaging Program (A2P 10DLC Disclosures)

Program Description.
With your consent, Utah Decks sends SMS/text messages about: appointment scheduling and reminders, estimate and project updates, approvals, service notifications, support responses, and (optionally) promotions or special offers.

Opt-In Consent.
You may opt in by:

Submitting your phone number on our website forms and clicking “Submit,” or
Texting a keyword we advertise (e.g., “QUOTE”) to our 10-digit number, or
Providing written or verbal consent to our team.

TCPA/CTIA Notice.
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Utah Decks at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out / Stop.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may receive a final confirmation message. You can also request removal by emailing privacy@utahdecks.co.

Data Use for Messaging.

Messages are delivered via major U.S. carriers and their affiliates; delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by network conditions.

Confirm & Access the personal data we process about you.
Delete personal data you provided to us.
Obtain a Portable Copy of personal data you provided to us.
Opt Out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data (we do not sell personal data as “sale” is commonly defined, but you can still request an opt-out).

To exercise your rights, email privacy@utahdecks.co with “UCPA Request” in the subject line and include your name, phone number, and the request type. We may need to verify your identity. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email with “Appeal.”

10) Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact privacy@utahdecks.co and we will delete it.

Your browser may send “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no industry standard, we do not respond to DNT signals.
